I grew up in Omaha, Nebraska during the 1960’s and fondly recall watching Starfighters, Phantoms and Super Sabres thunder over my back yard. This fascination with flight has never waned. I fulfilled a personal goal when I received my private pilot license in 1985. I experienced the thrill and satisfaction of accumulating flight time in the Piper Tomahawk, Warrior II and Archer II as well as simulated air combat hours with Atlanta’s Sky Warriors in a Beech T-34A Mentor.

My interest in aviation has evolved into a passion for aviation photography. I have been photographing aircraft, along with the people who fly and maintain them, for more than 25 years and I am always on the lookout for new and unique photo opportunities.

Today I am a professional photographer, specializing in aviation fine-art photography.

Aviationbuff Photography prints hang on the walls of homes and commercial buildings around the globe and can be found in publications like World Airshow News and The Atlantan. My images are also used in  print and electronic marketing materials and on dozens of aviation and photography related websites as well as the websites of TV news stations, universities, aviation museums and other venues.
